Saying “no” is often framed in terms of disappointment and rejection in a culture where constant availability is seen as a non-negotiable condition of staying relevant.

What if saying “no” is also a blessing that we are yet to appreciate? What would it take to create the conditions and culture, where saying no becomes possible for more and more people?

If we can’t say “no,” we can’t really say “yes” either. Based on this idea, this evening we are playing with guided and interactive somatic games to find out more about where our “no”s live in the body, to notice our boundaries and learn about our habits around saying a “no” and hearing a “no.” Join us to try out new practices of interaction and make new connections in a low-stake, cozy environment.
